GK888T zebra Label Printer not printing 

If the Printer does not print after clicking “Print”, it has below several causes:

1, Label Printer install error,

Please check whether the USB cable and power cord is well connected and the power switch is on.

Check the ribbon or Label is installed right. (Please see the installed video of GK888T).

2, point out errors by Task Status.

 2.1, Check the printer driver icon status and the print task status to diagnose

     a), Click “Start” and select “set”-----“Devices”-----“Devices and Printers”.

b), Click “ZDesigner GK888t” printer and right click “See what’s printing”. Click “Printer” and check whether “Use printer offline” is selected, if it is, then cancel it.

c), Wrong port is selected in the driver. 

Right click the printer driver icon, select “Printer Properties”, and correct the “Port” selection under the “Port” tab.  You can try to selection the USB port one by one and test it.

2: GK888T Label Printer just can printing one label and the printer light blinking red.

2.1, Please check the driver name is “GK888T”, not GK888T EPL.  If you just installed the GK888T EPL.

    Please try to installed again “GK888T”

2.2, If you use the thermal Label paper to print it, Please Choose the “Diect themal” on your Printing Preferences “Advanced setting”.

Right click your Gk888T Printer driver on your “device and Printer “ then choose the “Printer Preferences”

2.3 after setting,   restart your printer again.

3, how to print self-page for GK888T Label Printer

Printer power on and get ready,  Please keep press the button on the printer, the indicator on the printer will be blinking,   the light will be blinking one time and then blinking two times continuously.

Then release the feed keys. The printer will be sensing the label size and save the parameter.

Blinking one time :  Release the feed key, the printer will be print configuration parameter of Printer.

Continuously Blinking two time: Release the feed key right now, the printer will be sense the label size automatically and save it.

Continuously blinking three time:  Release the feed key right now, the Printer will be adjust the baud rate automatically.

Continuously blinking four time: Release the feed key right now, the Printer will be Restore factory setting and sense the label size automatically and save it.
